SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. ALSO SUBJECT TO that certain mortgage in favor of Mortgage Electronic registrations Systems, Inc., recorded January 21, 2004, in Book 546 PR on page 492 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. Mortgagor shall keep the improvements located on the property fully insured against fire and other perils with an insurance company duly licensed in the State of Wyoming and shall pay the premium therefor. Presentment, notice of dishonor, and protest are hereby waived by all makers, sureties, guarantors, and endorsers hereof. This note shall be the joint and several obligation of all makers, sureties, guarantors, and endorsers, and shall be binding upon them and their successors and assigns. Any notice to Borrower provided for in this note shall be given by mailing such notice by certified U.S. mail return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to Borrower at the address stated below, or to such other address as Borrower may designate by notice to the Noteholder. Any notice to the Noteholder shall be given by mailing such notice by certified U.S. mail return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the Noteholder at the address stated in the first paragraph of this note, or at such other address as may have been designated by notice to Borrower.
