Baker PE/LS 698, 1996 location for the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 4 and running thence North 0°59'13" East, along the East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 4, 208.71 feet; Thence South 89°47'46" East, parallel with the North line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 4.418.05 feet; Thence South 0°59'13" West, parallel with said East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 4, 208.71 feet to a Point in the North line of said Southeast Quarter, of said Section 4; Thence North 89°47'46" West, along said North line of said Southeast Quarter, of said Section 4, 418.05 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
