Revocable Trust dated August 3, 1988, pursuant to that Statement of Trust and Identity of
Successor Trustee dated October 14, 2003, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk
on October 20, 2003, in Book 539 PR, page 040, Recording No. 894574, of PO Box 340, Afton,
WY 83110, grantor, for the consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable considerations, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Fred J. Fagergren and Donna L.
Fagergren, Trustees of the Fred J. Fagergren and Donna L. Fagergren Trust dated September 15,
2003, grantees, of 2324 Bryson Circle, Santa Clara, UT 84765, all interest in the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
That part of GLO Lot 3 and that part of the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 22, T31N,
R1 19W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of those tracts of record in the Office
of he Lincoln County Clerk in Book 698 PR, page 134, and in Book 698 PR, page
136, as more particularly described on the attached "Description for L. D.
Kennington and Lamoine Kennington Revocable Trust dated 3 August 1988
Fagergren Tract".
TOGETHER WITH that certain Easement - North Sprague Creek Drive dated
January 31, 2000, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on
February 16, 2000, in Book 441 PR, page 570, and as more particularly depicted on
said plat.
OTHERWISE TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions,
restrictions, reservations, and rights-of-way of sight or record.
THIS IS A FAMILY EXEMPTION CONVEYANCE UNDER W.S. 18-5-303(a)(i).
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

successor trustee of the L. D. Kennington and Lamoine Kennington Revocable Trust dated August
3, 1988, described in and which executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was
signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustee had the authority under the terms of the
written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee
acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.

BEGINNING at the northeast comer of said GLO Lot 3;
thence: SO0°-29'-58"W, 960.47 feet, along the east line of said G.LO Lot 3, to a point on the
northerly right-of-way line of North Sprague Creek Drive;
thence: S63°-04'-39"W, 1111.69 feet, along said right-of-way line, to a point;
thence N00°-32'-13"E, 1465.90 feet, along a line parallel with the west line of said GLO
