HomeMy WebLinkAbout9490566010918JUb QUIT CLAIM DEED 6 0V383 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that JOE DELL SCHWAB and BARBARA SCHWAB, Husband and Wife, of Smoot, Wyoming, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten (10) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUIT CLAIM unto TYLER F. JONES and ELLIE LEE JONES, Husband and Wife, Tenants by the Entireties, of Smoot, Wyoming, Grantees, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: A quantity of land located within GLO Lot 5 (SW1/4NW1/4), of Section 6, T30N, RI 18W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more specifically described as follows: BEGINNING at a point along the centerline of the Reeves-Schwab County Road No. 12-149 which is the southwest corner of the original Jones property tract as described in that deed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 633PR, Page 98, said point also described as bearing S45°31'12"W a distance of 1195.50 feet from the NW 1/16 Corner of Section 6; and running THENCE N89029'1 I "E a distance of 312.73 feet to the southeast corner of said tract: THENCE due North a distance of 200.00 feet to the northeast corner of said tract; THENCE N89°29'11 "E a distance of 120.30 feet; THENCE due South a distance of 292.35 feet to an intersection with the north boundary of the Joe Dell Schwab House Tract as described in Book 421 PR, Page 378, in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk; THENCE due West, along the said north boundary, a distance of 347.16 feet to a point on the centerline of the said County Road; THENCE N44°08'21 "W, along road centerline, a distance of 123.28 feet to the Point of Beginning; ENCLOSING an area of 1.36 acres, more or less; THE INTENT herein being to convey additional property to be attached to the previously conveyed original 1.64 acre Jones property tract as referenced above so that for zoning and development purposes the boundary of the Jones tract is enlarged to the south and to the east to become a single tract of 3.00 acres of land.
