Scherbei PLS 5368, 1991 for the location for the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 4; thence North 89°08'01" East, along the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, 84.78 feet to the iron pipe marking the northwest corner of the Borden property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 301 PR on page 3, j with said Office; thence Southerly, along the west line of said Borden property the following: South 22°47'17" East, 135.22 to an iron pipe, South 9°26'39" East, 96.44 feet to an iron pipe, South 0°53'48" West, 266.21 feet to an iron pipe marking the southwest corner of said Borden property; thence North 89°14'35" West, 30.00 feet to an aluminum cap on iron pipe; thence North 77048'39" West, 357.57 feet to an aluminum cap on iron pipe; thence North 7°29'29" West, 60.28 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 79°52'34" East, 266.49 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 87°33'23" East, 50.86 feet to an aluminum cap on iron pipe marking a point in the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, said point also being the south corner of the Borden property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 403PR on page 780 with said office; thence South 1°33'04" West, along said west line, 140.38 feet, to the point of beginning. with an address of 1750 Crow Creek Road, Fairview, WY 83119 TOGETHER with all its rights, title and interest in the note thereon described or referred to, the money due and to become due thereon with interest.
