Linford and Linda Wray Linford, Grantors, whose address is 9590 State Highway 238, Afton, Wyoming 83110, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaim, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns, to Linford Crow Creek Ranch, LLC, a Wyoming close limited liability company, Grantee, whose address is 9590 State Highway 238, Afton, Wyoming 83110, all of Grantors' right, title and interest, if any, in and to the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: See Exhibit A Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements, encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights-of-way of record or otherwise. Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state.
