County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead

LESS AND EXCEPTING a portion of Lot 49, Alpine Village subdivision No. 1, Plat 2 Amended,
Lincoln County, Wyoming according to that plat of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 49 and running thence North 00°02'47" West, 277.47
