in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 9 Block 2 of Sunset Subdivision to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat filed on January 12, 1956 as instrument No. 218605 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
