Pursuant to Power to foreclose by advertisement and sale contained in that certain
Mortgage, dated July 26, 2007, recorded July 31, 2007 in Book 667, page 535 in the
Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk's Office from David Lomeli and Stephanie Marie
Lomeli to Bank of Jackson Hole, the undersigned, as Sheriff of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, has sold the property hereafter described according to law, at the front entry
of the Lincoln County Courthouse in Kemmerer, Wyoming, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on
thel8th day of August, 2009.
The undersigned does hereby certify that the undersigned sold the real property
described below, after due and legal notice given, to Bank of Jackson Hole, the
mortgagee under the mortgage foreclosed, for $1,075,057.10 Dollars, the highest bid at
the public auction conducted by the undersigned.
The real property sold is situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming and is more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 28 of Shadow Dancer Estates, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as shown on the official plat thereof filed August
11, 2004, as Receiving No. 901862, in the Office of the
Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Plat No. 173-C.

The undersigned hereby certifies that the purchaser is entitled to a Sheriff's deed
for the property at the expiration of the statutory period of redemption, unless the
property is redeemed prior to that date as provided by law.
