PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE AUG 2 6 2009
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of April 29,
2005 made and executed by Peavler's Moutain Star, Inc., A Wyoming Corporation, mortgagor,
to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate
therein described as security for the payment of $163,053.80 which mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 3rd day of May 2005 in Book 584 PR of Mortgages, at Page 408 as document
#908097 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"LOT TWO (2) OF HENDERSON CORNER, AMENDED SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON
THE PLAT RECORDED JUNE 27, 2007 AT DOCUMENT #930712 WITH THE OFFICE
OF THE CLERK OF LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, WITHIN THE N1/2NW1/4 OF
SECTION 7, T31N, R188W OF THE 6TH P.M., LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING"
It being expressly understood and agreed that this partial release shall not affect the said
mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the
real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Partial Release of Real
Estate Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this ' lu day of
12009.
