Clark, Sheriff of the grantor herein, and Star Valley State Bank, of P.O, Box 8, City of Afton, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, grantee herein. RECITALS 1. -On January 8, 1984, Carol Jean Walton executed a Mortgage as mortgagor to Star Valley State Bank, said Mortgage being dated November 28, 1975, having been recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on December 22, 1975, in Book 122 of P.R., Page 532; and the other Mortgage dated November 13, 1985, and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on September 26, 1986, in gook 243 of P.R., Page 255. 2. Pursuant to publication of Notice of Foreclosure Sale, the tract of land which was the subject .of the Mortgage was sold .at public auction at Kemmerer, Wyoming, on April 27, 1990, at 10:00 a,m., pursuant to Section 34-4-101 et seq., W.S., 1977. 3. Pursuant to said sale at public auction, a Certificate of Purchase was issued to the purchaser, the grantee herein, and no assignment of that certificate has been made since that time. The Certificate of purchase was recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on April 27, 1990, in Book 285 of P.R., Page 113. NOW, THEREFORE, know all men by this deed, that 1, L.W.
