part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 562 of
Photostatic Records on page 476, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of said NE'/4NE'/4;
thence N00°-15'-06"E, 524.00 feet, along the west line of said NE'/4NE1/4, to a point;
thence N89°-53'-15"E, 416.00 feet, along a line parallel with the south line of said
NE'/4NE'/4, to a point;
thence SO0°-15'-06"W, 524.00 feet, along a line parallel with said west line, to a point on
said south line;
thence S89°-53'-15"W, 416.00 feet, along said south line, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 5.00 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the north line of the NEI/4 of Section 13, T31N
