For Value Received, the undersigned holder of a Mortgage (herein
"Assignor") whose address is 1218 East 7800 South Suite 100, Sandy, Utah 84111,
does hereby grant, sell, assign, transfer and convey unto Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, INC. organized and existing under the laws of Delaware it's
successors and/or assigns (herein "Assignee"), whose address is PO BOX 2026,
Flint, Michigan 48501-2026 a certain Mortgage dated May 22, 2009, made and
executed by Michelle Miles a married person, Mortgagor, to and in favor of
Bank of Star Valley, upon the following described property situated in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming :
Lot 14 of Lincoln Second Addition, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat filed on July 30, 2003 as Instrument No. 892042 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
Parcel No.: 12-3219-25-4-02-114.00
such Mortgage having been given to secure payment of $151,100.00 (original
principal amount) which Mortgage is of record in Book, Volume or Liber No. 724
at Page (s)32 recorded on May 28, 2009 as Instrument/Document 947417 in the
Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, together with note or notes
therein described or referred to, the money due and to become due thereon,
with interest, and all rights accrued or to accrue under said Mortgage.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the some unto Assignee, its successor and assigns,
forever, subject only to the terms and conditions of the above-described
Mortgage.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Assignor has executed this
Assignment of Mortgage on May 29, 2009
