KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS that Patricia Dean Johnston, a single woman,
of PO Box 20304, Jackson, Wyoming, 83001 hereinafter referred to as "GRANTOR," for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to Patricia Dean
Green Johnston, Trustee of the Patricia Dean Green Johnston Living Trust, dated August 14th,
2009, hereinafter referred to as "GRANTEE," whose address is PO Box 20304, Jackson,
Wyoming, 83001, the following described real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 24, Rees Subdivision, as shown by the official plat thereof recorded September 1,
1955 in the Office of the Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and being part of the
North half of the Southeast Quarter (Nl/2SE1/4) of Section 20, Township 37 North, Range
118 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian.
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances
belonging, but subject to taxes, assessments, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations, right-of-way and easements of sight or record, subject to applicable zoning
laws and restrictions.
