Box 18, Afton, Wyoming 83110 That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 31 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and running thence North 00°00'17" East, 196.86 feet, along the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, to a spike; Thence North 89°49'48" East, 419.71 feet, to a point under an existing North/South fence line; Thence South 00°24'22" East, 195.79 feet, along said fence line, to a point on the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; Thence South 89°41'01" West, 421.12 feet, along said South line, to the CORNER OF BEGINNING. LESS AND EXCEPT the land described in Quit Claim Deed recorded May 21, 2003 in Book 521PR on page 199 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
