which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to ROBERT MAXWELL
WADE and CYNTHIA L. WADE, husband and wife, Grantees of the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

THE PLAT RECORDED JUNE 27, 2007 AT DOCUMENT # 930712 WITH
THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING,
WITHIN THE Nl/2NW1/4 OF SECTION 7, T31N, R118W OF THE 6TH P.M.,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situated or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
