RONALD J. RUDY and JOSEPHINE L. RUDY, husband and wife, of the City of Green River,
County of Sweetwater, State of Wyoming, Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to JOSEPHINE L. RUDY, a married person as her sole property, of the City
of Green River, County of Sweetwater, State of Wyoming, Grantee, the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of
the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
PARCEL 1:
Parcels 56 and 172 of the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described
on the official plat thereof.
PARCEL 2:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Parcel 56 in the unplatted portion of the Town of
Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence North 11°04' West, 107.28
feet; thence South 75'1 I'West, 80.6 feet; thence South 58°40'12" West, 64.97 feet; thence
South 04°52'48" West, 79.98 feet to the Northwest corner of Parcel 172; thence North 78°56'
East, 150 feet along the Northerly line of Parcel 172 and Parcel 56 to the point of beginning.
AND ALSO beginning at the Southwest corner of Parcel 41 in the unplatted portion of the
Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence North 75'1 FEast,
72.00 feet, along the Southerly line of said Parcel 41 to the Southeast corner of said Parcel
41; thence North 84°04'14" East, 14.33 feet; thence South 11°04' East, 58.98 feet; thence
South 78°56' West, 137.8 feet to the Northeast corner of Parcel 56; thence North 11 °04'
West, 107.28 feet; thence North 75'1 I'East, 48.19 feet to a point on the Westerly line of
said Parcel 41; thence South 14°49' East, 55.00 feet along the Westerly line of said Parcel
41 to the point of beginning.
