Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT TO:
John R. Thompson and Mary K. Thompson
Husband and Wife
As tenants by the entireties
Grantees, whose mailing address is PO Box 9, Cokeville, WY 83114, the following described real
estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:
That part of Tract 90 in Township 24 North, Range 119 West, 61h Principal Meridian, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West right of way line of U.S. Highway 30 North, which point bears
North 82°00' West 1655.2 feet from Corner No. 2 (Southeast corner) of Tract 90 where is found a
2 inch galv. steel pipe with brass cap inscribed "Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164 Big Piney, Wyoming
T24N R119W";
thence North 88°58' West a distance of 222.0 feet to a point;
thence South 09°42' East a distance of 168.9 feet to a point;
thence South 88°58' East a distance of 227.0 feet to a point on the said West
right of way line of U.S. Highway 30 North;
thence North 11 °21' West 170.0 feet along the said West right of way line to the Point of
Beginning
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right-of-ways of record, of sight
or in use.
