Shannon W. Jones, wife and husbnad, whose address is P.O. Box 12663, Jackson, WY 83002, as
joint tennants with full rights of survivorship, as Mortgagee under and the owner and holder of that
certain Mortgage executed by Wells Fargo Bank, NA successor to The Jackson State Bank & Trust,
as Mortgagor, dated as of June 25, 2008, and recorded on 06/30/2008, [as Document No. 940152] [in
Book 698, at Page 571] of the office of the Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby
certifies and declares that said Mortgage, together with the debt secured thereby, is fully paid, satisfied,
released and discharged, and that the property described in said Mortgage is released from the lien of
said Mortgage.
Legal Description: Lot 79, Riverview Meadows Second Addition to the Town of Alpine within the
SE1/4 of Section 30, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, according to that plat filed July 2, 1993
as Instrument No. 767416
