Dan W. Stoker and Jane Stoker, husband and wife, Grantors, whose address is P.O. Box 195,
Moreland, Idaho 83256, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, quitclaim, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the
Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns, to Dan William Stoker and Karen Jane Stoker,
Trustees of the Stoker Family Joint Revocable Trust under agreement dated May 25, 2007, Grantees,
whose address is P.O. Box 195, Moreland, Idaho 83256, all of Grantors' right, title and interest, if
any, in and to the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
SE1/4NW1/4 and E1/2SW1/4 in Sect. 27. NEl/4NW1/4 in Section 34, all in
township 31 N. R. 119 West of 6th P.M., Wyoming. Being 160 acres, more or less,
together with improvements.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
