Box 195, Moreland, Idaho 83256, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaim, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns, to Dan William Stoker and Karen Jane Stoker, Trustees of the Stoker Family Joint Revocable Trust under agreement dated May 25, 2007, Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 195, Moreland, Idaho 83256, all of Grantors' right, title and interest, if any, in and to the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 30 rods West of the NE Corner of the NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 36, T32N, RI 19W of the 6' P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence West 70 feet; thence South 660 feet, thence East 70 feet; thence North 660 feet to the point of beginning, containing an area of 1.06 acres, more or less. AND Commencing at a point which is 40 Rods West and 114.67 feet South of the Northeast Corner of the NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 36, T 32 N., R. 119 W., of the 6`h P.M., Wyoming, and running thence South 1205.33 feet, thence East 165 feet, thence North 660 feet, thence West 70 feet, thence North 545.33 feet, thence West 95 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 3.69 acres, more or less. AND Commencing at a point 35 rods and 11 feet West of the Northeast Corner of the NWl/4NE1/4 of Section 36, T. 32 N, R. 119 West of the 6' P.M., Wyoming, and running thence West seventy-one and one half (71 '/z) feet, thence South one hundred and sixty-five (165) feet, thence East seventy-one and one half (71 1/2) feet, thence North one hundred and sixty-five (165) feet to the point of beginning. SUBJECT TO all covenants, conditions, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights of way of sight or record.
