Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and
Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
James Craig III and Nora J. Craig
Husband and Wife
As tenants by the entireties
Grantees, whose mailing address is 4448 Coles Mill Rd., Williamstown, NJ
08094, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:

A tract of land in the W1/2SE1/4 of Section 24 and the NW1/4NE1/4 of Section
25, T22N, R1 16W, 6t" P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, said tract being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the South one-quarter corner of said Section 24, and running
thence NO°06'08"W, 2551.43 feet along the West line of said W1/2SE1/4 of
Section 24 (North-South centerline of Section) to the as-constructed centerline of
Lincoln County Road No. 306;
thence the following five (5) courses along said as-constructed centerline:
S40°01'25"E, 396.58 feet;
thence S43010'14"E, 189.87 feet;
thence S47°28'49"E, 179.27 feet;
thence S54°26'37"E, 241.82 feet;
thence S59°33'33"E, 179.76 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Wyoming
State Highway No. 189;
thence the following seven (7) courses along said Westerly right-of-way line:
S30°44'32"W, 147.51 feet to the Point of Spiral Curvature of an increasing spiral
curve to the left;
thence Southerly 182.64 feet along the arc said spiral curve, the long chord of
which bears S29°15'12"W, 182.59 feet, to the Point of Curvature of a curve
concave to the East, from which the radius point bears S63°37'58"E, 1245.92
feet;
thence Southerly 540.01 feet along the arc of said curve, through a central angle
of 24°50'00", the long chord of which bears S13°57'02"W, 535.79 feet to the
Point of Spiral Curvature of a decreasing spiral curve to the left;
thence Southerly 182.64 feet along the arc said spiral curve, the long chord of
which bears S1 °21'09"E, 182.59 feet;

the West and having a radius of 5629.58 feet;
thence Southerly 1285.47 feet along the arc of said curve, through a central

thence S10°14'26"W, 264.20 feet to a point on, the South line of said
NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 25;

A tract of land in the S1/2NW1/4 and the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 25, T22N,
R1 16W, 6t" P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, said tract being more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of said Section 25, running thence

670.16 feet along the North line of said S1/2NW1/4 to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
Thence S89°59'41 "E 1989.18 feet to the Northeast corner thereof (Center-North
one-sixteenth corner of said Section 25);
Thence N89°36'40"E, 475.73 feet along the North line of said SW1/4NE1/4 to the
Westerly right-of-way line of Wyoming State Highway No. 189;
Thence S10°14'26"W, 958.59 feet along said right-of-way line;
Thence S90°00'00"W, 1382.49 feet;
Thence S78°19'25"W, 171.33 feet;
Thence N37°21'21 "W, 1226.53 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING

RESERVING UNTO GRANTORS, HEIRS AND ASSIGNS an easement for
access across part of the above described tract of land, said easement being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the above described tract, running
thence N37°21'21 "W, 50.00 feet along the West line thereof to the Point of
Curvature of a non-tangent curve concave to the South, from which the radius
point bears S37°21'21 "E, 50.00 feet; thence Easterly 100.95 feet along the arc of
said curve, through a central angle of 115°40'46", the long chord of which bears
S69°30'58"E, 84.66 feet, to a point on the South line of the above described tract

And reserving unto the grantor any and all minerals and mineral rights from
the lands being conveyed.
