Adams Street, A~on, the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Delmar C. Lancaster
and Sybil Lancaster, husband and wife, as tenants 5y the entireties, Grantees, whose
address is Route ~1, Aflon, Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate, situated
in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by vHue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
A tract of land lying and being situate within the Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quader (8E1/4 SE1/4) of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township
Thidy-two (32) No~h, Range 119 West, of the 6~ P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more pa~icularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of SeCtion 29; thence Nodh along ~aid
section line 436 feet; thence West 200 feet; thence South 436 feet; thence
East 200 feet to the point of beginning; encompassing an area of two acres,
more or less, together with easements for ingress and egress to the above
described land, and also including the easements described as follows:
The South 60 feet of that pall of the South Half Southwest Quader of
Section Twenty-eight (28), Township Thi~y-~o (32) No~h, Range 119 West,
6~ P.fv1., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being pad of that tract of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, in Book 194 PR, page 50, lying and
being situate within the bounds of the presently existing roadway.
AND The south sixty feet of that pall of the SWl/4SE1/4 and the S1/2SW1/4
and the west sixty feet or-the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 28, T32N, R119W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming being pad of that tract of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 155 of Photostatic Records on page 538,
and in Book 103 of Photostatic Records on page 438, lying and being situate
within the bounds of the presently existing roadway.
T~OGETHER with all water rights, improvements, appurtenances,
hereditaments and all other things thereunto belonging or in an~ise
appertaining.
LESS AND EXCEPTING therefrom the Nodh one-half of that tract of record
in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 201 of Photostatic
· Records on page 45, lying and being situate within the Southeast Quader of
the Southeast Quader (SE 1/4 SE 1/4) of Section Twenty-nine (29),
Township Thidy-two (32) Nodh, Range 1 ~ g West, of the 6~" P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming. SECONDARILY described as follows:
- Beginning at a point on the east line of said Section Twenty-nine (29), Nodh,
the base bearing for this su~ey 218.00 feet from the southeast corner of
said Section Twenty-nine (29), found as described in the Ce~ified Land
Corner Recordation Ceflificate of record in said office; thence Nodh, 218.00
feet along said line to the no,beast corner of said tract of record; thence
West, 200.00 feet along the no~h line of said tract of record to the no~hwest
corner of said tract; thence South 218.00 feet along the west line of said tract
of record to a point; thence East 200.00 feet parallel to the nodh and south
lines of record to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions, conditions of record, and existing or future oil and gas and/or
other mineral leases, or existing mining, mineral and other reservations, nOw
of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
· THIS DEED TO CORRECT THE ERROR IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THAT
CERTAIN DEED DATED 9TM DAY OF OCTOBER, 1989, AND FILED ON
THE 18TM
DAY OF OCTOBER, 1989, PAGE 83, BOOK 279PR IN THE
BOOK OF DEEDS, OFFICE OF 'THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING.
