RELEASE AND RECONVEYANCE In consideration of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Secured Party does hereby release and discharge the Mortgage described above and does hereby remise, release, discharge, reconvey and forever quitclaim to Debtor and its successors and assigns, all of the right, title and interest that Secured Party may have under the Mortgage and all related financing statements, in and to any and all property covered by the Mortgage or any related financing statement.
