Partial Release of Mortgage
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that National Rural Utilities Cooperative
Finance Corporation, a cooperative association incorporated under the laws of the
District of Columbia, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage made and executed
by Lower Valley Energy, Inc., a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Wyoming, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for
the payment of $125,000,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the
Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming
on August 8, 2008, in Book 701, Page 735, and mortgaging the following described real
estate in said County, to wit:

The aforementioned debt is hereby released and discharged only as to the attached
described property; but the mortgage remains in full force and effect as to the
remaining land and appurtenances described therein not heretofore released.
