Thousand and 00/1000, ($15,000.00), do hereby mortgage to DONALD CRIBBINS, P. O. Box 3097, Alpine, Wy.
83128, mortgagee, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Commencing South 90degrees0'E, 575 feet and South 28 degrees30'W, 20 feet from the Southwest corner of
the NW1/4SE114, of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, 6 th P.M., to point of beginning; thence
South 66degrees35'E, 140 feet; thence South 55degrees'W, 60 feet; thence South 45degrees30'W, 60 feet;
thence North 23degrees40'W, 60 feet,; thence N1degree30'E, 65 feet; thence North 23degrees10'W 40 feet to
the point of beginning, all in Lake View Estates, Incorporated Tract "A", a subdivision of the S112SEV4 of
Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming
The mortgagor agrees to pay the indebtedness hereby secured, and to pay all taxes and assessments on said
premises during the life of the mortgage, in favor of and payable to said mortgagee and in case the mortgagor
fails to pay such, the Mortgagee shall pay said taxes and assessments, and all sums paid shall be added to and
become part of the same.
In case default shall be made in the payment of the above sum hereby secured, when the same shall become
due and payable then the whole indebtedness with shall become due and payable, and the mortgagee may
proceed, pursuant to law, to foreclose on and sell said property.
Hereby relinquishing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead laws of said state.

$15,000 May 1, 2009
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promise to pay to the order of Donald Cribbins the
principal sum of Fifteen Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($15,000.00) together with interest thereon at
the simple interest rate of five percent (5%) per annum. Full payment shall be payable at the following
address:
P. 0. Box 3097, Alpine, Wy. 83128 or such other address as may be provided by the holder hereof.
The principal and interest here under $15,000.00 shall be payable in one payment being due and payable
on May 1, 2012.
If any payment required by this Note is not paid when due, or if any default under any mortgage
securing this Note occurs, the Note Holder shall be entitled to collect all reasonable costs and expense
of collection and/or suit, including, but not limited to reasonable attorney fees.
The undersigned reserve the right to prepay the principal sum in full or in part at any time and from
time to time without premium or penalty of any kind. Any partial payment made shall be credited first
to accrued interest and the balance to principal in the inverse order when due.
In the event the undersigned fail to pay the amount as due, the holder hereof, unless such default is
corrected within thirty (30) days following written notice of such default delivered to the undersigned,
shall have the option to declare the unpaid principal sum and interest immediately due and payable. Such
notice shall be delivered in person or may be delivered by depositing same in the U. S . Mail, postage
prepaid.
If the indebtedness represented hereby, or any part thereof, by collected at law, or in equity,
bankruptcy, receivership, or other court proceedings, or if this promissory note by place in the hands
of an attorney for collection, whether or not suit is necessary, the undersigned agree to pay heron, all
costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.
