Sessions, Grantor, of the County of Salt Lake, State of Utah, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Delmar C. Lancaster and Sybil Lancaster, husband and wife., as tenants by the entireties, GFantees, whose address is Route ¢1, A~on, Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by viflue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: A tract of land lying and being situate within the Southeast Qua~er of the Southeast QuaRer (SE1/4 SE1/4).of Section Twentpnine (29), Township Thi~y-two (32) Noflh, Range 119 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more padicularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 29; thence Nodh along said section line 436 feet; thence West 200 feet; thence South 436 feet; thence East 200 feet to the point of beginning; encompassing an area of two acres, more or less, together with easements for ingress and egress to the above described land, and also including the easements described as follows: The South 60 feet of that pa~ of the South Half Southwest Qua~er of Section Twenty-eight (28), Township Thi~p~o (32) No~h, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being par of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, in Book 194 PR, page 50, lying and being situate within the bounds of the presently existing roadway. AND The south sixty feet of that pad of the SW1/4SE1/4 and the S1/2SW1/4 and the west sixty feet of the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 28, T32N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming being pa~ of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 155 of Photostatic Records on page 538, and in Book 103 0f Photostatic Records on page 438, lying and being situate within the bounds of the presently existing roadway. TOGETHER with all water rights, improvements, appu~enances, hereditaments and all other things thereunto belonging or in an~ise appe~aining. LESS AND EXCEPTING therefrom the No~h one-half of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 201 of Photostatic Records on page 45, lying and being situate within the Southeast Qua~er of the SoutheaSt Qua~er (SE 1/4 SE i/4) of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Thifly-two (32) Nodh, Range 119 West, of the 6th P.M., LincOln County, Wyoming. SECONDARILY described as follows: ,, Beginning at a point on the east line of said Section Twenty-nine (29), No~h, the base bearing for this su~ey 218.00 feet Eom the southeast corner of said Section Twenty-nine (29), found as described in the Ce~ified Land Corner Recordation Ce~ificate of record in said office; thence No~h, 218.00 feet along said line to the no~heast corner of said tract of record; thence · West, 200.00 feet along the noflh line of said tract of record to the nodhwest corner of said tract; thence South 218.00 feet along the west line of said tract of record to a point; thence East 200.00 feet parallel to the no~h and south lines of record to the point of beginning. THIS DEED TO CORRECT THE ERROR IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THAT CERTAIN DEED DATED 15TM DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1989, AND FILED ON THE 18TM DAY OF OCTOBER, 1989, PAGE 81, BOOK 279PR IN THE BOOK OF DEEDS, OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING.
