Bowers, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated April 21, 2006 (the "Mortgage"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on April 26, 2006, at Reception No. 917788 in Book 617 at Page 835. The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A. Assignment dated: December 30, 2008 Assignment recorded: January 8, 2009 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 944574 in Book 712 at Page 598 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on May 12, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A.
