IT IS HEREBY MADE OF PUBLIC RECORD that a CONTRACT FOR DEED,
dated the day of September, 2009, by and between STEWART CREEK
SUBDIVISION, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, P.O. Box 3762, Alpine,
Wyoming 83128, hereafter referred to as "Seller", and KENNETH HAROLD JONES, a single
man, 13300 Schroeder Road, Houston, Texas 77070-4232, hereafter referred to as "Purchaser",
exists for the purchase of property located in Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 1 of the Stewart Creek Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to
that plat of the subdivision recorded October 8, 1981 in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as Plat No. 275.
Together with all improvements thereon appertaining.
Subject to easements and restrictions, and rights-of-way of record or in use, and to
all other matters of public record.
