KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that it is hereby certified by First Interstate Bank,
(formerly First Interstate Bank of Wyoming~ N.A.), a national banking corporation, mortgagee', named
in that certain mortgage given by David J. 'Gogol and KathrlYn M Gogol, Husband and Wife, to First
Interstate Bank, to secure payment of the principal sum of $42,400.00 dated on the 25th day of
March 1994 and recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
on.the 13th day of April 1994 as In_strument No.781398, covering the following described Lands:-
