NOTICE OF SATISFACTIONAND RELEASE OF LIEN
The undersigned, SURVEYOR SCHERBEL, LTD, on March 20, 2009, filed in
Book 718, Page 166, in the official records of the Lincoln County Clerk for and in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming a certain Lien filed against the following described property:
SEE ATTACHED DESCRIPTIONS IN QUITCLAIM DEEDS AND
WARRANTY DEED ATTACHED HERETO AS "EXHIBIT A" AND
MADE PART OF THIS DOCUMENT BY REFERENCE
AND INCORPORATION.
The name and address of the person against whose property the Lien was filed is
James Dorsey and/or Tickuf Investments, LLC and/or Palisades Vistas, LLC of 3510
Sherwood Blvd., Delray Beach, Florida.
SURVEYOR SCHERBEL, LTD, now hereby certifies that the Lien, dated March
18, 20o9 and recorded in Book 718, Page 166 of the official records of the Lincoln
County Clerk in and for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, together with the debt
secured by the Lien, has been fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged, and the
above-referenced real property is thereby released from the Lien. Accordingly, the
Lincoln County Clerk for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming is hereby authorized
to discharge the lien of record, filed in Book 718, Page 166 of the official records of the
Lincoln County Clerk for an in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.

James Dorsey, a married man, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Palisades Vistas, LLC, a Wyoming limited
liability company of 3510 Sherwood Blvd., Delray Beach, FL 33445 GRANTEE, any and all
right, title, interest, and claim of Grantor in the following described real estate situated in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 1, Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1, Plat 1, Amended, according to
Plat filed in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Instrument No.
559190.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging; subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations,
encumbrances, rights and tights-of-way of sight and/or record, and subject
to applicable zoning laws and restrictions;
hereby waiving and releasing any and all claims under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming.
Natalia I. Dorsey, wife of James Dorsey, executes this Quitclaim Deed for the sole
purpose of releasing and waiving all of her rights in the property under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
