COMES NOW, Brad Nelson, being first duly sworn, upon his oath despose and states as follows
That Eva Nelson obtained property in a Warranty Deed dated October 22"1, 1955 and recorded September 9, 1958 in
Book 30PR on page 41 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point which is Twenty-six and two-thirds (26-2/3) rods South from the Northwest
Corner of Section Seven (7) in Township Thirty-two (#@) North, Range One Hundred Eighteen (118)
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, and running thence South Twenty-one and two-thirds (21-2/3)
rods: thence Estate Seven (7) rods; thence South Five and one-half (5 rods: thence East One
Hundred Thirteen (113) rods: thence North Twenty-six and two-thirds (26-2/3) rods; thence West
One Hundred Twenty (120) rods, to the place of beginning.
2. That Eva Nelson sold and deeded property under the name of Eva L. Taylor to Eva L. Taylor, Vona Vee Luthi and
Joan Brog, Trustees of the Eva L. Taylor Living Trust dated August 3, 1987 by a deed dated August 27, 1987 and
recorded September 8, 1987 in Book 254PR on page 566 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
That Eva Nelson and Eva L. Taylor are the identical person as set forth herein in this affidavit and aforementioned
deeds.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
