Box 3000, Rock Springs, Sweetwater County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS TO NFS Holdings, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, GRANTEE, of P.O.
