0. Hokanson and Carole W. Hokanson Joint Living Trust, dated June 10, 2002, grantor of Freedom,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and inconsideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released
and forever quit claimed unto the said Kathleen E. Erickson, a single woman, of Freedom,
Wyoming, grantee(s), her heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession,
claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described property,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming, to-wit:
See Attachment A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Reservations, Restrictions,
Right-of-Way and Improvements of sight and or record.

Page 851, and a portion of the Rasmussen property, as
referred to in Patent No. 3798, Transcribed from Uinta
County Records Book 1 Deeds, Page 31, all with the Office
of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within GLO Lot 1
of Section 33, T35N, R119W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the South line of GLO Lot 4 of
Section 28, of said T35N, R119W,
said Point of Beginning, being 229.28 feet S8900014611E,
along said South line, from the Baker Engineers PE/LS 698,
1982 location for the Southwest Corner of said GLO Lot 4,
of said Section 28; thence S8900014611E, continuing along
said South line of said GLO Lot 4, of said Section 28,
100.72 feet to the Northwest corner of the Jenkins
property, as referred to in the Decree Quieting Title,
recorded with Receiving No. 915451 in Book 610, on Page
418, with said Office;

property, 166.12 feet to the Northeast corner of the

thence N0033129"E, to and along the East side of an
existing building, and the Northerly prolongation thereof,
166.12 feet, to the Point of Beginning, Encompassing 0.38±
Acres of land.
SUBJECT TO: The 33 feet wide Right-of-Way Easement for
Wyoming State Highway 239, being the North 33 feet of the
above described property.
