ERICKSON, a single woman, grantor of Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released and forever quit claimed unto the said C. JOE EGGLESTON, a.k.a. CARL JOE EGGLESTON and D. ANNETTE EGGLESTON, a.k.a.
