Registration Systems, INC. organized and existing under the laws of Delaware it's

on the official plat filed on October 8, 2003 as instrument No. 894227 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk.

principal amount) which Mortgage is of record in Book, Volume or Liber No.

as Instrument/Document 9j3101 in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, together with note or notes therein described or
referred to, the money due and to become due thereon, with interest, and all
rights accrued or to accrue under said Mortgage.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Assignee, its successor and assigns,
forever, subject only to the terms and conditions of the above-described
Mortgage.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Assignor has executed this
