does hereby grant, sell, assign, transfer and convey unto Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, INC. organized and existing under the laws of Delaware it's
successors and/or assigns (herein "Assignee"), whose address is PO BOX 2026,
Flint, Michigan 48501-2026 a certain Mortgage dated April 10, 2009, made and
executed by Cal R Nield and Stacy A. Nield, husband and wife Mortgagor, to
and in favor of Bank of Star Valley, upon the following described property
situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming :
Lot 16 of Shooting Star Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat file on July 18, 1995 as instrument No. 805315 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.

such Mortgage having been given to secure payment of $388,500.00 (original
principal amount) which Mortgage is of record in on Book, Volume Lib~er No.
?20 at Page(s) recorded as Instrument/Document 846503 Official Records of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, together with note or notes therein described or
referred to, the money due and to become due thereon, with interest, and all
rights accrued or to accrue under said Mortgage.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Assignee, its successor and assigns,
forever, subject only to the terms and conditions of the above-described
Mortgage.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Assignor has executed this
