DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT

That ~, the undersigned, QU~N R. HEINER & CAROLYN S. HE~ER, husband & wife,
("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, convey and w~rant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of~on
and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a pe~etu~ easement ~d right
of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the
electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained
under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYO~G along
a line described as follows, to wit:
BEING a portion of the SE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 8, T33N, R118W, 6~h P.M., in Lincoln CounW,
Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
BEG~N~G at a point being the SW corner of said SE1N NW1N.
Thence approximately N 45° 0' 0" E 1,280 feet to a point.
This portion of easement to include a strip of land 20 feet in width running parallel with East
by Northeast property line.
Thence N 3° W 486 feet to a transformer location.
EASEMENT to include 10 feet on each side of described line.
Together with all necessa~ and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench ~r the location and repair of said ficilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shmbbe~, undergro~h or other obstmofions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the
flcilities: The Grantor ac~owledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (ENN) ~e naturally occu~g
in the dist6bution of electricity, and the ~antee has here notified Grantor that E~ testing and
information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and
other ficilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by vi~ue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
