QUIT-CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED is made and executed on behalf of E. MYRON
EICHBAUER by NANCY R. EICHBAUER, acting in her capacity as attorney-in-fact for MYRON
EICHBAUER, under the written power of attorney document described below, Grantor.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, E. MYRON EICHBAUER is the owner of record legal title in real
property located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, on March 9, 2009, E. MYRON EICHBAUER executed that certain
instrument entitled "Power of Attorney," the duly signed original of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference, by which he appointed NANCY R. EICHBAUER as his
attorney-in-fact and specifically authorized NANCY R. EICHBAUER to transfer, assign, convey and
deliver any interest in real or personal property, whether tangible or intangible which is owned by
him; and
WHEREAS, consistent with the power and authority granted to her pursuant to said
Power of Attorney, NANCY R. EICHBAUER, acting as attorney-in-fact, desires to assign, transfer
and convey the ownership interest held by E. MYRON EICHBAUER in the above-mentioned real
property; and
NOW, THEREFORE, consistent with the foregoing and in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and legal sufficiency of
which are hereby acknowledged, NANCY R. EICHBAUER, acting as attorney-in-fact for E.
MYRON EICHBAUER, as Grantor, hereby QUIT-CLAIMS unto
NANCY R. EICHBAUER, Trustee, or her successors in trust, under the NANCY
R. EICHBAUER FAMILY LIVING TRUST, dated March 7, 2007, and any
amendments thereto,
Grantee, whose address is 1938 East Longview Drive, Holladay, Utah 84124, the tract of real
property located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, as more particularly described on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, E. MYRON EICHBAUER,
the undersigned, of Salt Lake County, State of Utah, do hereby make, constitute, and appoint
NANCY R. EICHBAUER, of Salt Lake County, State of Utah, my true and lawful attorney-in-
fact for me and in my name, place, and stead, and on my behalf, and for my use and benefit:
1. To ask, demand, sue for, recover, and receive all manner of goods, chattels,
debts, rents, interest, sums of money, and demands whatsoever, due or hereafter to become due
and owing, or belonging to me, and to make, give, and execute acquittances, receipts, releases,
satisfactions, or other discharges for the same, whether under seal or otherwise;
2. To make, execute, endorse, accept, and deliver in my name or in the name
of my said attorney-in-fact all checks, notes, drafts, warrants, acknowledgments, agreements and
all other instruments in writing, of whatsoever nature, as to my said attorney-in-fact may seem
necessary to conserve my interests;
3. To execute, acknowledge and deliver any and all contracts, deeds, leases,
assignments of mortgage, extensions of mortgage, satisfactions of mortgage, releases of mortgage,
subordination agreements, and any other instrument or agreement of any kind or nature
whatsoever, in connection therewith, and affecting any and all property presently mine or
hereafter acquired, located anywhere, which to my said attorney-in-fact may seem necessary or
advantageous for my interests;
4. To enter into and take possession of any lands, real estate, tenements,
houses, stores, or buildings, or parts thereof, belonging to me, that may become vacant or
unoccupied, or to possession of which I may be or may become entitled, and to receive and take
for me and in my name and to my use all or any rents, profits, or issues of any real estate to me
belonging, and to let the same in such manner as to my attorney-in-fact shall seem necessary and
proper, and from time to time to renew leases;
5. To commence, and prosecute in my behalf, any suits or actions or other
legal or equitable proceedings for the recovery of any of my lands or for any goods, chattels,
debts, duties, demand, cause or thing whatsoever, due or to become due or belonging to me, and
to prosecute, maintain, and discontinue the same, if said attorney-in-fact shall deem proper;
6. To take all steps and remedies necessary and proper for the conduct and
management of my business affairs, and for the recovery, receiving, obtaining, and holding
possession of any lands, tenements, rents or real estate, goods and chattels, debts, interest,
demands, duties, sum or sums of money or any other thing whatsoever, located anywhere, that
is, are, or shall be, by my said attorney-in-fact, thought to be due, owing, belonging to or payable
to me in my own right or otherwise;

7. To appear, answer, and defend in all actions and suits whatsoever which
shall be commenced against me and also for me and in my name to compromise, settle, and adjust,
with each and every person or persons, all actions, accounts, dues and demands, subsisting or to
subsist between me and them or any of them, and in such manner as my said attorney-in-fact shall
think proper; hereby giving to my said attorney power and authority to do, execute, and perform
and finish for me and in my name all those things which shall be expedient and necessary in and
about or concerning the premises, or any of them, as fully as I could do if personally present,
hereby ratifying and confirming whatever my said attorney shall do or cause to be done in, about,
or concerning the premises, and any part thereof; and
8. To give or withhold consent to any medical care or treatment, to revoke or
change any consent previously given or implied by law for any medical care or treatment, and to
arrange for my placement in or removal from any hospital, convalescent home, hospice or other
medical facility and to sign on my behalf any documents necessary to carry out such
authorizations, including waivers or releases of liability required by any health care provider.
If NANCY R. EICHBAUER is unwilling or unable to serve for any reason at any
time, I hereby make, constitute and appoint one of the following individuals to serve as my
attorney-in-fact under this instrument with the order of preference being the same as the order of
listing:
1. MICHELLE RUTH RICKETTS; or
2. BECKY LEE LOERTSCHER.
This instrument is to be construed and interpreted as a general power of attorney.
The enumeration of specific items, rights, acts, or powers herein is not intended to, nor does it,
limit or restrict, and is not to be construed or interpreted as limiting or restricting, the general
powers herein granted to said attorney-in-fact.
The rights, powers, and authority of said attorney-in-fact granted in this instrument
shall commence and be in full force and effect as of the date hereof, and such rights, powers, and
authority shall remain in full force and effect thereafter until I give notice in writing that such
power is terminated. This power of attorney shall not be affected by my disability.
