TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, hereby conveys and warrants to Katherine F. Ross, Trustee of the Ross
Family Trust - Survivor's Trust, created under the Declaration of Trust dated June 4, 1984,
GRANTEE, whose address is PO Box 633, Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real
estate situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
That Property described on the attached Warranty Deed recorded on August 2,
1990 as Document no. 721153 in Book 288PR at Page 156 in the Lincoln County
- Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
