HomeMy WebLinkAbout9498790002'79 6010715844 PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That The Bank of Commerce, a corporation of the United States of America, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of June 28, 2007 made and executed by JM Land Development, LLC; Sherry Merritt, Individually; and Joel Merritt and Sherry Merritt, Husband and Wife, as mortgagor(s) to The Bank of Commerce as mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $977,182.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September 12, 2007 in Book 672PR, Page 49 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit: Lot I of North Forty Subdivision Phase One, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on July 6, 2007 as instrument No. 930990 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. Is, released, and discharged as to the aforementioned premises, and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises described herein. It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
