KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That 1St Bank a corporation, of the County of
LINCOLN, and State of WYOMING, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing date
the 5th day of AUGUST A.D. 2008 made and executed by KARL D ROBINSON AND JULIE A
ROBINSON mortgagor(s), to 1St Bank, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $272,592.38 as therein stated, which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING, on the 11TH day of AUGUST, 2008, in Book 702 on
page 83 , and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT A
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the 1sT Bank has caused these Presents to be signed by its
BRANCH PRESIDENT, and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 5TH
day of OCTOBER , A.D. 2009 .

A portion of the Robinson property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded with Document No. 795774, in Book 362PR, on
Page 555, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within GLO Lot 1 of Section 33, T35N, R119W, of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary, being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the Erickson property,
as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No.
795774, in Book 362PR, on Page 555, with the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming;
thence NO°39'38"E, along the West line of said Robinson
property, 9.30 feet;
thence S89°20'22"E 48.92 feet;
thence S89°08'25"E 132.56 feet;
thence S1°55'25"W 9.73 feet to a Point in the North line of
the Breinholt property, as referred to Deed recorded with
Document No. 733047, in Book 297PR, on Page 141;
thence N89°03'26"W, along said North line 181.27 feet,
to the Point of Beginning, Encompassing 0.041- Acres of
