AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the following described
tract of land in Lincoln County, State of WY, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 7 Trail Creek Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming according to that plat filed
April 3, 2002 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Document No. 880072.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
