KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that
LINCOLN COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS , GRANTOR, of the
County of Lincoln, Sate of Wyoming, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, herein CONVEYS
and QUITCLAIMS unto
DOUBLE L RANCH #4, LLC , GRANTEE, whose address is 6225 SMITH AVE,
BALIMORE, MD 22109, all interest in or to the following described real property, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
That part of the SWIMMING POOL COUNTY ROAD NO. 12-108 Right-of-Way that was vacated
September 15th, 2009 by Resolution and as shown on the plat prepared by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd. for
recording in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk to show said change and lying and situate within
the bounds of the DOUBLE L RANCH #4, LLC parcel of land, as described in that deed of record in
the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 578PR, Page 361;
All lying and situate within the S%2NE1/4 and the N'/2SE1/4 of Section 28, T 36 N, R 119 W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming;
And in accordance with the Resolution for the adoption of he said County Road (Amended) executed
by the Lincoln County Board of County Commissioners on September 15th 2009.
