Turnerville TwinPeaks LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal place
of business in Lincoln County, WY (hereinafter called "Grantor"), for and in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, conveys to Silverstar
Communications and Lower Valley Energy, both having their principal places of business in
Lincoln County, Wyoming (hereinafter collectively called "Grantee"), the following-described
real estate easement situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
A Twenty-Five (25) foot wide non-exclusive perpetual easement for purposes of
the installation and maintenance of utility lines, the location of which easement
is more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference. The original "Grant of Easement" from the landowner is

incorporated herein as Exhibit "B".

The easement granted by this instrument is for the benefit of and is appurtenant
to that real property, or any portion thereof, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
described as the ""Brookside Estates Subdivision Amended Plat-2nd Filing" as recorded
with the Lincoln County Clerk, September 2, 2009 as Document # 949222.
To have and to hold the easement hereby granted unto the Grantee, their successors
and assigns.

EASEMENT DESCRIPTION
Beginning at the East Quarter Corner of Section 15, T33N, R118W, 6th P.M. located in Lincoln
County, Wyoming and following the interior section quarter line to the west for approximately
500 feet to the west boundary of property owned by the Trust described above and as
described in Book 396, Page 282, Document # 0836363 as held by the Lincoln County Clerk,
located in Kemmerer, Wyoming and proceeding thence south for 25.0 feet along the west
boundary of said property, thence proceeding east in a parallel line to the interior section
quarter line to a point 25.0 feet south of the point of beginning and thence proceeding north
25.0 feet to the point of beginning.

Denna Lee Fluckiger, Trustee of the Jack T. Fluckiger and Denna Lee Fluckiger Family
Trust under agreement dated April 15, 1997, whose address is 4888 Bedford-Turnerville Rd 123,
Turnerville, Wyoming (hereinafter called "Grantor"), for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, conveys to Turnerville
TwinPeaks LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal place of business in
Lincoln County, Wyoming (hereinafter collectively called "Grantee"), the following-described
real estate easement situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
A Twenty-Five (25) foot wide non-exclusive perpetual easement for purposes of
the installation and maintenance of utility lines, the location of which easement
is more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
