KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Spurlock Properties LLC, a
Wyoming Close Limited, of PO Box 3448, Alpine, WY 83128, grantor, in consideration of Ten
and No/Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto Robert & Karina Lansford, as man and wife; as
their sole and separate property, of 3535 Landfair Road, Pasadena, California 91107; grantee, all
such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as it has or ought to have, in or
to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 34 of the Trail Ridge Subdivision according to the official plat thereof on file in the
office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Kemmerer, Wyoming.
Together with any and all improvements.
Subject to all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights-of-
way of sight or record including a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
filed in connection with said plat.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, grantor has caused this quitclaim deed to be executed as of
this 1st day of June 2006.
