ORDER REGARDING DEFENDANT'S INTEREST
IN LOT 26 OF SHADOW DANCER. ESTATES
SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
THIS MATTER came before the Court on August 27, 2009 per the
Order of this Court dated August 7, 2009. John A. Brazinski, counsel for
the Plaintiff Quarry Direct, Inc. was present. Deanna L. Blanchard,
although ordered by the Court to appear and answer questions concerning
just Stone, Inc.'s interest in real property owned by Ms. Blanchard and
despite being personally served with a copy of this Court's Order on
August 14, 2009 at 9:25 a.m. in Jackson, Teton County, Wyoming, failed to
appear. Nor did any counsel appear on behalf of Deanna Blanchard.
The Court finds the following facts:
1. Ms. Deanna Blanchard is the owner of Lot 26 of Shadow Dancer
Estates, that part of the SE1 / 4 of Section 10 and the NE1 / 4 of
Section 15, T36N R119W Lincoln County, Wyoming according
to the official plat thereof that was recorded on August 11, 2004
in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as plat no. 173--C.
2. That per Ms. Deanna Blanchard's and Mr. Neal Arguello's
Decree of Divorce dated December 15, 2006 Blanchard v.
Arguello, Civil Case No. CV-2006-105-DC (the Divorce Action)
the amount of $145,500.00 plus 10% interest totaling $160,050.00
is to be paid to just Stone, Inc.
3. Plaintiff obtained a judgment against Just Stone, Inc. for the
sum of -$15,554.64 plus interest thereon at the rate of 18% per
annum from May 2 2008 until the is satisfied.

of Lot 26 Shadow Dancer Estates, the Court finds, as a matter of
law as follows:
(1) The Plaintiff has a lien against Lot 26 Shadow Dancer Estates
for the amount of $15,554.64 with interest thereon at 18% per
annum from May 2, 2008 until satisfied.
(2) That upon the sale of Lot 26 Shadow Dancer Estates,
subsequent to the first mortgage being paid off, the sale
proceeds shall be used to pay Plaintiff's judgment provided it
does not exceed the $160,050.00 due just Stone, Inc. from those
sale proceeds.
