Dakota 58103, acting through its undersigned officer does hereby make the following statement

May 2007 and recorded 4 June 2007 in the Office of the Clerk of' Lincoln County in Book
660 of Photostatic Records on page 415, and a Mortgage with Stanley K. Dal-dig and Sharon
A. Dardis dated 30 October 2008 and recorded 3 November 2008 in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County in Book 708 of Photostatic Records on page 416, on all of the property
described under the Certificate of Surveyor on the plat titled, "ALPINE VILLAGE
SUBDIVISION NO. 1 PLAT 2 AMENDED - 13FILING IDENTICAL WITH LO'T'S 98
AND 99 OF ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. I PLAT 2 AMENDED 12TH FILMG
LOTS 101 AND 102 OF ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. I PLAT 2 AMENDED -
12"" li1LING AMENDED WITHIN Wl/2NEIA SECTION 19 T37 RI18W LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 15 July 2009, as revised and recorded concurrently
herewith.
2. That the undersigned officer has reviewed said plat.
3. That he has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Mortgagee thereon and
tho implications thereof.
4. That this cortltlcate is signed in the stead of and has the shine effect as if the original inylar
of said plat had been signed.
