SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED

THIS DEED, Made this 12 day of n~^ ne- , 2009, between
Bank cf the West, a California Corporation duly organized and
existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
California, hereinafter called Grantor, and the Secretary of
Housing and Urban Development, its successors and assigns, whose
address is 451 7th Street SW, Washington, DC 20410, as Grantee.
WITNESSETH, That the said Grantor, for consideration less than
$500.00 and other valuable consideration the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed,
and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, convey and
confirm unto the said Grantee and successors in such office, as
such, and assigns forever, all of the following-described property
in the County of Lincoln, Wyoming, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 5 OF THE TOWN OF KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS
DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.
TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining; and all the
estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the
said Grantor, in and to the said property with the hereditaments
and appurtenances.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property above bargained and
described, with the appurtenances, unto said Grantee and
successors in such office, as such, and assigns forever. Said
Grantor warrants the title to said property against the claims of
any and all persons claiming or to claim the same or any part
thereof by, through, or under Grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor hath caused its corporate name to be
hereunto subscribed by its Director Home Finance Division,
thereunto duly authorized by its Board of Directors, and its
corporate seal to be hereunto affixed and attested by its
Assistant Secretary, on the day and year first above written.
