Pursuant to the Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure and Order of Sale entered in
Civil No. CV-2009-24, wherein the Bank of Star Valley is the Plaintiff and William D.
Cooney, Regina R. Cooney, Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping, Inc., Standard Drywall,
Inc., and Melton Plumbing, LLC are the Defendants, the undersigned, as Sheriff of
Lincoln County Wyoming, has sold the property hereafter described, according to law
and said Order, at the front entry of the Lincoln County Courthouse in Kemmerer,
Wyoming, at moo am on October 13, 2009.
The undersigned does hereby certify that the undersigned sold the real property
described below, after due and legal notice given, to the Bank of Star Valley, the
mortgagee, under the mortgage foreclosed for $238,530.48, the highest bid at the public
auction conducted by the undersigned.
The real property sold is situated in Lincoln County Wyoming and is more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 22, Plat 8, Star Valley Ranch Subdivision, as platted and recorded
August 4, 1971, as map number 18o and document number 432466, in
the office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
The undersigned hereby certifies that the purchaser is entitled to a Sheriff s deed
for the property at the expiration of the statutory period of redemption unless the
property is redeemed prior to that date as provided by law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have executed this Certificate of Purchase this
